We strive to get your Shoesensation orders delivered as quickly as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
• Orders placed after 12 PM PST will be processed the next business day
• During peak seasons, processing may take 3-5 business days

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping methods:

  1. Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
  2. Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
  3. Express Shipping (1-2 business days)

Delivery times begin after order processing is complete and exclude weekends/holidays.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping availability varies by destination.

Shipping Costs

• Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method
• Free standard shipping on orders over $75 (U.S. only)
• Expedited and Express shipping available for additional fees

Order Tracking

• You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
• Allow 24 hours for tracking information to update in carrier systems

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable:
• We will contact you using your order information
• Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

International Orders

International customers are responsible for:
• Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees
• Longer transit times (typically 7-21 business days)
• Potential customs delays beyond our control
